It is important to attach the hose weight to the hose to ensure smooth retraction of the spray head. Before attaching the spray head, flush the supply lines to remove any debris or blockages. After installation, remove the aerator from the spout and run the faucet for about 1 minute to flush out any remaining debris.

We turn off the hot and cold water shut-off valves under the sink. We lay down drop cloths and use cabinet shields to keep your home clean and scratch-free. To remove the sealant, we gently scrape it off with a putty knife. A flashlight or headlamp is used for visibility in tight spaces. We use a bucket and rags to catch any water that drips from the supply lines. During removal, we carefully disconnect the faucet lines to ensure a smooth process. After removal, we clean the mounting surface thoroughly with cleaning supplies such as rubbing alcohol or a mild cleaner.
If your sink requires it, we install the deck plate gasket and deck plate to accommodate multi-hole sink configurations. Gaskets, O-rings, washers, and sealants are installed exactly to the manufacturer's standards. We use plumber's putty or silicone sealant around the base of the faucet to ensure a watertight seal.
We recommend installing new flexible braided stainless steel supply lines for durability and replacing old lines if necessary. Before attaching, we apply plumber's tape (Teflon tape) on the shut-off valve threads and other threaded connections to ensure a watertight seal. Using an adjustable wrench, we connect and tighten all water supply lines and fittings to prevent leaks.
